Biography
American investigative journalist, columnist and blogger of "The Madsen Report." He has written several books including his 1992 "The Handbook of Personal Data Protection" based on his experience in US security. His background includes being a US naval officer specializing in computer security programs, working for the National Security Agency, and the Naval Data Automation Command. He is a frequent witness in Congressional hearings.
