Biography
Dutch royalty, the third son of Queen Beatrix and Prince-Consort Claus von Amsberg. He became engaged to Laurentien Brinkhorst in December 2000 and they married in a civil ceremony on May 17, 2001 in The Hague. Two days later they had a church ceremony.
They have three children: daughter Eloise (Eloise Sophie Beatrix Laurence Countess of Orange-Nassau, Jonkvrouwe van Amsberg), was born on June 8, 2002; a son Claus-Casimir (Claus-Casimir Bernhard Marius Max Count of Orange-Nassau, Jonkheer van Amsberg), born on March 21, 2004; another daughter Leonore (Leonore Marie Irene Enrica Countess of Orange-Nassau, Jonkvrouw van Amsberg) born on June 3, 2006.
The family moved to Brussels in April 2004 for the Prince's work.
